By downloading or using the Photos X app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Photos X, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this app's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Photos X for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Subscriptions & Refunds
Photos X offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Photos X are provided "as is". Aivelt Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and other violation of rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aivelt Studio be liable for any damages, including damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Photos X.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
