Aivelt Studio, operated by Ferdi Bayrak ("Aivelt Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), provides Baby Kids Tube (the "App"). We designed the App for young children to use with parent or guardian involvement and take children's privacy seriously.
1. Children's Privacy
The App does not ask children to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, photograph, or other personal information. External links and account-related actions are placed behind a parental gate. We do not knowingly create behavioral profiles of children or show targeted ads.
2. Information We Collect
Aivelt Studio does not collect personal data from use of the App. The App does not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking. An internet connection may be required to load content, and ordinary network routing information may be processed by your network provider as part of delivering that content; Aivelt Studio does not collect that routing information.
3. Information Stored on the Device
Preferences such as language, favorites, playback choices, or parental settings may be stored locally on the device so the App can remember them. This information is not used to identify a child and is not sent to Aivelt Studio. Removing the App may remove this local information.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Optional purchases are initiated by a parent or guardian and processed by Apple. Aivelt Studio does not receive payment-card details. Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple's own privacy policy. Subscription management is available in the purchaser's Apple Account settings.
5. Support Communications
If a parent or guardian contacts us, we receive the information included in that message, such as an email address and support details. We use it only to respond, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and keep a reasonable support record. Children should not contact us or send personal information directly.
6. Disclosure and Sale of Data
We do not sell children's personal information. Because the App does not collect personal data from its users, we do not disclose such data for targeted advertising. We may disclose parent-provided support communications only when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.
7. Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards for parent-provided support communications and keep them only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal obligations. No electronic system is completely secure.
8. Parent and Guardian Choices
A parent or guardian may ask whether we hold information submitted through support, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. We may need to verify the request to protect the account holder and the child.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
